white_jennaHi everybody. My name here on LJ is Jenna, and I want to take a moment to talk to you about Bowling for Rhinos.
Rhinos in Africa and Asia are incredible danger from poaching. Rhino horn is a luxury item, and is used in traditional medicine, in countries like China and Vietnam. All of the five rhino species are in some danger of extinction; there is simply no way for the supply to meet the demand.
Since 1990, the American Association of Zoo Keepers has hosted Bowling for Rhinos. Chapters across the country raise money, 100% of which goes directly to rhino conservation in the wild. I am currently raising money for my local chapter, and would dearly love your support. Donations can be made to white_jenna63 at hotmail. I will be happy to answer any questions. Thank you very much.
